Babbling Brook Retreat is a beautiful apartment with lots of natural light

A bright, private, sunny walkout hillside apartment located in Lakeville, CT; Just 2.2 miles from Hotchkiss School; 1.2 miles to Indian Mt. School and 5.6 miles to Lime Rock Park. We are also nearby several Event/Wedding venues including Lion Rock Farm, The Interlaken Inn & The White Hart. Mohawk, Butternut and Catamount ski areas, as well as several local hiking spots on the Appalachian Trail and the CT Blue Trail systems are closeby. Beaches/lakes of Sharon, CT or Lakeville/Salisbury CT just 3 miles.

 

750 Square Foot Private Apartment

Gorgeous queen bedroom with French antique night table, Armoire and bench. High end linens, pillows, duvets, quilt and throw pillows. Closet with bathrobe & slippers provided. Private marble bathroom. Separate dining area, stocked Kitchenette, Living room with big screen TV & additional pull out queen bed.
